As co-owner Kurt leads the marketing and production operations of Andover Coils. Upon graduation from Cornell, where he earned All-Ivy honors as a linebacker on the football team, Kurt pursued a career in the packaging and appliance manufacturing industries. Prior to purchasing Andover, Kurt served as President of Pennant Moldings, Inc., a producer of metal components for appliance industries based in Sabina, Ohio.

As co-owner Mike leads the administrative and financial processes of Andover Coils. Upon graduation from West Point, Mike served in the US Army Corps of Engineers, where he became a helicopter pilot and was promoted to the rank of captain. Mike then pursued a civilan career in electronics manufacturing. Prior to purchasing Andover, Mike served as the CEO for Quest Technologies, Inc., a producer of electronic instrumentation based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
